High Performance Printing
Printing is fast with superb clarity due to an innovative print head offered with 203 dpi (B-SX4) or 306 dpi (B-SX5). The units are powered by a fast 32-bit processor with 8 MB DRAM and 4 MB Flash memory for programs and large file storage. Dual platen rollers prevent media slipping or skewing and assist accurate forward or back-feeding.

Reliability and Maintenance
The design is a field-proven heavy-duty steel cabinet with a robust inner mechanism to ensure reliability. Access to the print head, platen, paper path (label) and sensors is quick and easy with the wide opening mechanism and clam-head providing easy maintenance.

Upgrade to the Future
B-SX4 and B-SX5 prove a reliable investment being designed with the future in mind with optional interfaces including LAN Ethernet. All units support email, XML and FTP protocols for remote printing and standardized data exchange. RFID is a major new development in barcode label printing and the B-SX4 & B-SX5 are loaded with the latest technology including SPRiNT direct tag inlay coding (requires RFID Module).

Model Differences
The B-SX4 has a maximum print width of 104 mm and uses 203 dpi resolution, whereas the B-SX5 has a maximum print width of 128 mm and is 306 dpi. The B-SX5 has a Ribbon Save Module as standard and an Expansion I/O port as standard.
