Toshiba SW1 Wax

The SW1 wax thermal ribbon has excellent print density with superior mechanical and smudge resistance, and features a new back coating formula designed to provide exceptional printhead protection - more than 10 times the industry standard. By combining the benefits of high performance and speed, the SW1 exceeds standards even further by fulfilling the requirements of applications that would ordinarily need a more costly wax/resin product.

The SW1 is highly durable offering excellent resistance against smudges and scratches as certified by the American National Standard Institute (ANSI), acheiveing a grade A for both.
