Toshiba RS1 Resin
The RS1 is a heavy duty pure resin ribbon that has been tested and prepared to extremely high standards and exceeds high heat, scratch and chemical resistance levels required for the automotive, pharmaceutical and government sectors.
The RS1 is designed for printing on to a wide range of films and label stocks. It also utilises a patented back coating technology that minimises static electricity and reduces wear on the printhead.

- Film thickness: 4.5 μm max
- Back coating: Silicone based
- Ribbon thickness: 8 μm max
- Optical Density Reflection: 1.25 min
Storage
- Ribbon is anti-static build up treated: 12 months, 5 to 35 ºC (40–95 ºF), 20–80% relative humidity.
