APR 6 Wax-Resin

Very good print quality

Designed to be a premium wax-resin for flat-head printers the APR^® 6 is a highly sensitive thermal ribbon designed to give excellent print performance at low energy.

The ink provides excellent print quality for all types of barcodes, very small text, large characters and logos with an Optical Density Reflection of 2.1.

Excellent receptor sensitivity

The ribbon structure allows consistant performance on a wide range of receptors such as uncoated and coated papers, high gloss and synthetic materials.

The printed image is very sharp and offers good levels of mechanical resistance, heat resistance up to 100ºC and excellent light fastness.

High speed printing

Those characteristics remain at speeds up to 300 mm per second and is suitable for use on 200, 300 and 600 dpi printheads, making this ribbon perfectly adapted to the labelling market.

APR^® 6 wax-resin grade features outstanding backcoat technology that ensures excellent printhead protection preventing both clogging and static build-up.
