Toshiba AG2 Wax / Resin

The AG2 wax/resin grade ribbon is one of the most versatile ribbons available for the Toshiba range of printers. It has been developed for the new generation of near-edge industrial printers. High running speeds, with low temperatures, across a range of substrates provides consistent printing results whilst maximising head life.

Its highly versatile performance fulfils the needs of most standard applications. It will lay down clear, sharp printed images on most label stocks, from uncoated and glossy papers to synthetics. With head warranties being a priority, whilst keep costs down, the AG2 ribbon is the ideal choice for many applications.

Withstanding heat up to 100ºC (212ºF) and with a blackness of 1.6 ODR, the AG2 will give good levels of mechanical resistance - no print damage after 200 runs on a Crockmeter test (680g/cm² load). As with all Toshiba approved ribbon products, its superior back coating will prevent static build-up and clogging, offering the very best in printhead protection.
