Description

The AS2 is a superior resin ribbon ideal for applications needing exceptional heat, mechanical and chemical resistance. Printing on to a wide range of synthetic material, high gloss and matt coated papers, the printed image will withstand temperatures up to 250°C.

As with all Toshiba ribbons, the superior back coating prevents static build-up and clogging, providing the very best in printhead protection.

The AS2 has been stringently tested against a wide range of aggressive solvents including brake fluid, Ethanol, Mineral Spirit, unleaded petrol and engine oil. In many cases no damage was recorded after several hundred print runs.
